About Your New Job
- As the Finishing Foreperson, you will deliver high-quality finishes across all project elements, taking full ownership of the finishing phase.
- You will implement and manage the project Quality Plan and ITPs, coordinating subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met.
- You will monitor mock-ups and sample panels, prepare and manage snag lists, and ensure timely close-out of all snags.
- You will carry out inspections and quality checks, ensuring all works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and standards.
- You will support BCAR inspections and the handover process, maintaining strong communication with site teams, subcontractors, and management.
What Skills You Need
- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreperson or in a similar role.
- Strong focus on quality control and high-end finishes.
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
- Good understanding of ITPs, snagging, and handover processes.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations in Ireland.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
