Finishing Foreperson €70,000-€75,000 Per annum

About Your New Job

  • As the Finishing Foreperson, you will deliver high-quality finishes across all project elements, taking full ownership of the finishing phase.
  • You will implement and manage the project Quality Plan and ITPs, coordinating subcontractors to ensure quality standards are met.
  • You will monitor mock-ups and sample panels, prepare and manage snag lists, and ensure timely close-out of all snags.
  • You will carry out inspections and quality checks, ensuring all works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and standards.
  • You will support BCAR inspections and the handover process, maintaining strong communication with site teams, subcontractors, and management.

What Skills You Need

  • Proven experience as a Finishing Foreperson or in a similar role.
  • Strong focus on quality control and high-end finishes.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
  • Good understanding of ITPs, snagging, and handover processes.
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations in Ireland.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
