About Your New Job
- As the Finishing Foreman, you will oversee all finishing stages of a high-end refurbishment project in Newmarket on Fergus, Co. Clare. This is a long run of work on a large scale project so previous experience is essential.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality finishes and timely completion.
- Manage on-site snagging, ensuring all works meet client specifications and high standards.
- Liaise closely with the project manager and tradespeople to resolve any site issues promptly.
What Skills You Need
- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman, ideally from a trade background (carpentry, plastering, etc.).
- Strong eye for detail and a commitment to achieving outstanding finishes.
- Ideally minimum of 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
