About Your New Job
- The Financial Services Administrator will provide vital support to the Financial Services Advisors, ensuring efficient and compliant administration across pensions, investments, protection, and life assurance business.
- Responsibilities include maintaining accurate client records in line with regulatory standards and internal procedures.
- The role requires effective communication with Advisors, clients, and life companies, delivering regular updates and responses to queries via phone and email.
- Duties also involve assisting with client onboarding, policy updates, new business applications, and preparing detailed client reports for the advisory teams.
What Skills You Need
- QFA qualification (required)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services administration, ideally within pensions, investments, or life assurance
- Strong understanding of Irish financial products such as pensions, investments, and life assurance
- Excellent organisational skills, keen attention to detail, and strong communication abilities
