About Your New Job
- As a Consultant, you will provide new business consultancy to prospective clients on a range of pre- and post-retirement products, protections, and pensions.
- You will meet clients, generate leads, and deliver tailored advice to both new and existing client bases.
- You will manage and build strong client relationships, develop new business opportunities through internal and external channels, and contribute to local projects that enhance the team’s proposition.
- You will represent the company at client sites, conferences, and promotional events, and attend 1-1 Employee Benefits clinics and Trustee/pension committee meetings as required.
- You will work towards agreed targets and team-based goals, always adhering to company policies and procedures.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum QFA qualification; MIIPM, AIIPM, CFP, QPT, or PTP preferred.
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the role, including a willingness to complete further education such as PMI APA.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to represent the company professionally on client sites and at industry events.
- Flexibility to travel to client sites and events as required (locations: Cork, Limerick, Waterford – office to be confirmed based on your home location).
