About Your New Job
- Take full ownership of management accounts, statutory financial statements, board reporting packs, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure reporting deadlines are consistently met and improved, while distilling complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Lead in emerging compliance areas such as CSRD and sustainability reporting.
What Skills You Need
- Qualified Accountant: ACA/ACCA with 5+ years’ post-qualified experience in financial reporting or senior accounting roles within a multi-entity or operationally complex environment.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of financial reporting standards (FRS102), audit requirements, and regulatory obligations.
- Leadership & Management: Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team of accountants and support staff.
- Analytical & Commercial Awareness: Ability to distil financial data into actionable insights for decision-making.
- Process Improvement: Demonstrated capacity to improve reporting timelines, processes, and systems (ERP, Excel, Power BI).
- Candidates must have a Stamp 4 or EU Passport.
