Job Title: Financial Accountant
Location: North Dublin (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to €65,000

The Opportunity
A leading multinational in the tech sector is seeking a high-calibre Financial Accountant to join its expanding finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Big 4–trained accountant with 1–2 years’ post-qualification industry experience to step into a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong career progression potential.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute the month-end close process to tight deadlines
Prepare and review financial statements in line with US GAAP
Support the preparation of accounts for multiple legal entities across international jurisdictions
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and reconciliations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including FP&A, Tax, and Operations
Assist with statutory reporting and external audits
Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive efficiencies within the finance function

Candidate Profile
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)
Trained within a Big 4 firm is essential
1–2 years’ experience in a financial accounting role within a tech company or multinational environment
Strong technical expertise in US GAAP
Proven experience managing month-end close processes
Exposure to multi-entity accounting is highly desirable
Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Confident communicator with the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced setting
