About Your New Job
As a Financial Accountant, you will lead core accounting processes, managing accurate and timely month-end close and financial reporting.
- You will take responsibility for key P&L accounts, prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, and oversee tax filings and reporting across various regions.
- You will conduct comprehensive revenue analysis to support business performance and decision-making.
- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial analysis
- Supporting company-wide and board-level reporting
- Assisting with budgeting and budget variance analysis
- Drive finance process improvements, especially through automation, and support year-end audits and preparation of group financial statements.
What Skills You Need
- Must be Big 4/Top 10 audit trained with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) in industry.
- Month-end experience is essential.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA) and a strong academic background (third-level degree, 2.1 or higher).
- Highly skilled in Excel and Google Sheets, with advanced analytical abilities.
- You must be immediately available and able to work exclusively within Ireland—remote working from outside Ireland is not permitted.
