The idea candidate will have
- Experience in leading large - scale transformation initiatives, preferably in ERP
implementations and global process harmonization . - Previous involvement in change leadership and cross - functional collaboration is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or
relevant field.
• Advanced leadership training or certifications in program management.
