and future business requirements, while actively promoting change and supporting the
transformation and implementation of the solution.
The idea candidate will have
- Experience in leading large - scale transformation initiatives, preferably in ERP
implementations and global process harmonization . - Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on large-scale
transformation initiatives within complex organizational environments. - Previous involvement in change leadership and cross - functional collaboration is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or
relevant field. - Advanced leadership training and/or project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or
