Remote Finance Manager role with a growing technology business based in Dublin.
About Your New Job
- Prepare, review, and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Oversee the monthly close process, including reconciliation of general ledger, balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow statements. Provide insightful commentary on financial performance.
- Assist the CFO with the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing guidance to senior management.
- Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports, highlighting key business insights and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Lead liaison with auditors to facilitate the year-end audit process and ensure a smooth and efficient audit cycle. Ensure compliance with FRS102 and other relevant financial reporting frameworks and standards.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a small, remote-based finance team.
- Support CFO in preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
What You Need
- Qualified Accountant with previous experience in a finance leadership role.
- Experience within a technology and/or start up environment.
- Previous experience in a budgeting/forecasting based role.
- Broad A-Z accounting experience.
- Candidates must be based in Ireland and have a Stamp 4 or EU Passport.
