Finance Manager role with a multinational business based in West Dublin (hybrid working).
About Your New Job
- Lead, manage, and develop the accounting teams across two entities
- Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and fixed assets
- Monitor and maintain Clean Balance Sheet and P&L accounts
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Lead initiatives for process optimisation, system improvements, and automation within accounting
- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, IFRS standards, and tax regulations
- Coordinate and support external audits and act as key contact for auditors and authorities
What Skills You Need
- Qualified Accountant: ACA/ACCA with 5+ years’ post-qualified experience.
- 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Proven people leadership experience in a complex accounting environment
- Candidates must have a Stamp 4 or EU Passport.

- €80,000 - €90,000 + Benefits.
