Finance Manager role with a multinational business based in West Dublin (hybrid working).

About Your New Job

  • Lead, manage, and develop the accounting teams across two entities
  • Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and fixed assets
  • Monitor and maintain Clean Balance Sheet and P&L accounts
  • Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Lead initiatives for process optimisation, system improvements, and automation within accounting
  • Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, IFRS standards, and tax regulations
  • Coordinate and support external audits and act as key contact for auditors and authorities

What Skills You Need

  • Qualified Accountant: ACA/ACCA with 5+ years’ post-qualified experience.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven people leadership experience in a complex accounting environment
  • Candidates must have a Stamp 4 or EU Passport.
