Finance Manager
About your new employer
My client, an Irish manufacturing company are looking to recruit a new Finance Manager to the business. This role reports directly to the CFO and will join a small but established finance team.
About your new job:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and performance reports, investigate P&L and balance sheet variances
- Partner closely with Production and Supply Chain teams to monitor usage and costs.
- Manage standard costing and raw material inventory ensuring accurate month-end reporting.
- Analyse key manufacturing KPIs providing actionable insights to management.
- Take ownership of international AP and AR ledgers, alongside daily multi-currency bank, credit card and bank reconciliations.
- Work closely with departments to identify cost drivers, strengthen financial controls and support the wider business during peak periods and year-end.
What skills you need:
- Qualified Accountant with 5+ years PQE.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Manufacturing experience would be an advantage
- Advance Excel skills – Pivot Tables, Marcos etc
What’s on offer:
- Salary is - €70,000 - €90,000
