Finance Manager – Fast-Growing Tech Start-Up (Remote)
We’re hiring a Finance Manager to join a scaling tech start-up – a brilliant opportunity to step into a high-impact role where you’ll shape the finance function and support rapid growth.

💰 Salary: Up to €90,000
⚠️ Important: This role requires previous start-up experience. Candidates moving directly from large multinationals without start-up exposure will not be considered.
What you’ll be doing:
• Owning day-to-day financial control across the business
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a growing finance team
• Partnering with leadership to support strategic decision-making
• Managing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow in a fast-paced environment
• Building and improving financial processes and controls as the company scales
What we’re looking for:
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager (or similar) within a tech start-up / high-growth environment
• Strong background in financial control and hands-on finance operations
• Demonstrated experience managing and developing finance teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving business
