We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Finance Manager to join a dynamic, fast-paced organisation based in Dublin 12. This is a key leadership role offering excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to drive financial performance in a direct, high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely management accounts
- Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-moving setting
- Partner closely with the senior management team, providing financial insight and strategic support
- Strengthen and maintain robust financial controls and governance frameworks
- Support payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Key Requirements:
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Prior experience working as Finance Manager
- Strong industry background with proven experience in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior management
- Hands-on experience managing finance teams and driving performance
- Excellent knowledge of management accounting and month-end processes
- Strong exposure to financial controls and compliance
- Some payroll experience desirable
