About Your New Job
- Full responsibility for month-end close, monthly management accounts, and statutory reporting
- Oversight of payroll, banking, credit cards, and expenses
- Cashflow management and treasury
- Tax compliance (VAT, PAYE, corporation tax) and audit management
- Ensuring strong financial controls and accurate, timely reporting
- Providing practical, clear financial input to support rapid operational growth
- Ensuring financial discipline keeps pace with expansion, including international activity
- Improving processes where needed, without over-complicating or slowing the business
What Skills You Need
- Qualified Accountant
- Experience in a senior, hands-on finance role
- Comfortable with the detail: month-end, payroll, compliance, cash
- Experience working at pace, ideally in a growing tech or operational business
- Exposure to international operations or complex growth scenarios
- Candidates must have a Stamp 4 or EU Passport.
