Location: Dublin 4
Salary: Up to €90,000 + Benefits
Fully Office Based

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finance Analyst to join a high-performing business based in Dublin 4.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a commercially focused finance professional coming directly from the Retail or FMCG sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and supporting commercial decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed financial analysis and management reporting
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Analyse business performance, margins, and commercial KPIs
Partner with operational and commercial teams to provide financial insights
Conduct variance analysis and identify trends and opportunities
Support month-end reporting and financial close processes
Assist with strategic planning and business performance initiatives
Drive reporting improvements and process efficiencies
Provide data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders

Requirements:
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
Previous experience within the Retail or FMCG sector is essential
Strong analytical and commercial finance experience
Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment
Ability to interpret large volumes of data and provide meaningful insights

Fully office-based role in Dublin 4
Salary up to €90,000 depending on experience
