About Your New Job

As a Field Service Technician, you will:

  • Install and maintain monitoring equipment on customer sites across Ireland and the UK.
  • Assemble electronic and mechanical components, supporting both the technical and installation managers.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment issues while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Carry out scheduled maintenance visits, always following company safety standards.
  • Work flexibly, including product demonstrations alongside the sales team when required.

What Skills You Need

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electronic systems.
  • Previous experience in on-site maintenance or technical customer service.
  • Valid driver’s licence (Safe Pass and Working at Heights certification desirable but not essential).
  • Comfortable working at heights and open to travel as part of your role.

  • Salary: €30,000 – €40,000, depending on experience.
