About Your New Job
As a Field Service Technician, you will:
- Install and maintain monitoring equipment on customer sites across Ireland and the UK.
- Assemble electronic and mechanical components, supporting both the technical and installation managers.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment issues while delivering excellent customer service.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance visits, always following company safety standards.
- Work flexibly, including product demonstrations alongside the sales team when required.
What Skills You Need
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electronic systems.
- Previous experience in on-site maintenance or technical customer service.
- Valid driver’s licence (Safe Pass and Working at Heights certification desirable but not essential).
- Comfortable working at heights and open to travel as part of your role.

- Salary: €30,000 – €40,000, depending on experience.
