About Your New Job

As a Field Service Representative, you will:

  • Deliver expert service and support for water treatment and filtration systems across a diverse range of industries.
  • Monitor chemical usage and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring optimal and cost-effective system performance.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs to maximise equipment uptime and improve operational efficiency.
  • Maintain clear documentation and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continually enhance service delivery.
    This is a Leinster-based, field role with occasional overnight travel across Ireland, offering you autonomy and hands-on responsibility.

What Skills You Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver’s License (no restrictions).
  • Experience in technical service roles (ideally with water filtration systems/industrial/mechanical environments).
  • Comfortable working in confined spaces and extreme conditions, with regular lifting, kneeling, crouching, and standing.
  • Please note: no immigration sponsorship available for this position.

Preferred:

  • Associate’s degree in chemistry, mechanical systems, or related field.
  • Hands-on plumbing experience and familiarity with industrial equipment (e.g., boilers, cooling towers, wastewater systems).
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pumping systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
