Our client, a growing engineering and technical services company, is seeking a Project & Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations, project delivery, procurement, and customer service activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate engineer schedules and service visits
  • Support project planning and delivery
  • Manage procurement of equipment and materials
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers
  • Maintain accurate records and operational documentation

About You

  • 2+ years' experience in logistics, scheduling, administration, or project coordination
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced technical, engineering, construction, or utilities environment is advantageous
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems
