About Your New Job
As a Field Service Engineer, you will:
- Diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of commercial catering equipment.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and safety checks on-site.
- Respond promptly and professionally to service calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and minimal downtime.
- Complete job sheets and reports accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Install new catering equipment as required and participate in an on-call rota every 6th weekend.
What Skills You Need
- Previous experience in the catering or engineering industry is preferred.
- Gas experience is desirable – full training provided if needed.
- Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills are an advantage.
- Full, clean driving licence.
- Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
