About Your New Job
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment across customer sites in the Munster region.
In this role you will:
- Carry out preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs on medical and mobility equipment
- Respond to breakdowns and ensure minimal equipment downtime for customers
- Complete accurate service reports using a mobile engineer app for traceability and compliance
- Manage your van stock and ensure parts and equipment are maintained in line with operational needs
- Deliver a high standard of customer service while working independently across a defined territory
This is a field-based role with a high level of autonomy and responsibility for your daily planning and workload.
What Skills You Need
- Electrical or mechanical fault-finding experience (essential)
- Field service, maintenance, or technician experience (minimum 3 years preferred)
- Full clean driving licence (essential)
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Comfortable working independently and travelling across Munster
