Field Service engineer – Leinster Region
A leading organisation within a specialist technical equipment sector is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to join its growing service team in Ireland. This is a field-based role covering areas within Leinster.
This position offers the opportunity to work independently while being supported by a structured operations and technical team, delivering high-quality service to a diverse customer base across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Installation, servicing, and repair of commercial technical equipment
• On-site fault diagnosis and resolution
• Completion of detailed service reports and documentation
• Adherence to company procedures and safety standards
• Collaboration with internal technical teams
• Managing performance against service KPIs.
Requirements
• Strong electrical competency (including single and three-phase systems)
• Proven experience in a field service or similar technical role
• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Strong communication and customer-facing abilities
• Good organisational and IT skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload
Desirable
• Experience within catering, industrial kitchen or related equipment sectors
