About Your New Role
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of projects within a high-profile corporate environment in Dublin.
Working as part of an integrated facilities management team, you will be responsible for delivering projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Projects will include workplace refurbishments, mechanical and electrical upgrades, building fabric improvements, life safety works, and sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from planning through to handover.
- Coordinate stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Control project programmes, budgets, risks, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and statutory requirements.
- Manage contractor performance and project documentation.
- Support workplace improvement and sustainability projects.
What You Need
- Experience delivering facilities, construction, fit-out, or building services projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within live commercial or corporate environments.
- Good understanding of project governance, budgeting, and contractor management.
