About Your New Role
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager to deliver a varied portfolio of construction and built-environment projects across a range of clients and contracts in Ireland. Based primarily in Dublin, but with nationwide travel you will manage projects from initiation to handover, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery on time and within budget. This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable working across mechanical, electrical, fit-out, fire, and small construction projects, and who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver projects end-to-end, applying appropriate governance, controls, and reporting
- Manage clients, consultants, internal teams, and subcontractors
- Control programme, budget, variations, and stage payments
- Lead tendering and subcontractor procurement where required
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual standards
- Oversee project close-out, snagging, and handover documentation
What Skills You Need
- MUST have some form of Project management qualification, minimum diploma level.
- Previous experience working within facilities, this can be in a PM role but not essential
- Proven experience in built-environment or small construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts
- Confident using MS Project, Monday.com, or similar tools
- Strong communicator, organised, solution-focused, and self-motivated
- Flexible to travel nationwide
- Full clean driving license
