About Your New Job

  • Facilities Operations: As the Facilities Coordinator, you will support the delivery of soft FM services, log and track maintenance requests, coordinate PPM schedules, and conduct site inspections.
  • Vendor & Contractor Management: You will coordinate site access, ensure compliance with health & safety procedures, and monitor vendor performance.
  • Health, Safety & Compliance: You will support statutory compliance, assist with risk assessments, and participate in emergency preparedness activities.
  • Financial & Administrative Support: You will raise purchase orders, manage invoices, track costs, and maintain accurate records.
  • Client & Occupier Experience: You will act as the first point of contact for FM queries, support workplace initiatives, and deliver a customer-focused service. Manage the client front of house reception desk

What Skills You Need

  • Organisational Skills: Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication.
  • Customer Service: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with a customer-service mindset.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a Corporate front of house role min 2-3 years.
