About Your New Job
- As a Service Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for incoming service requests from clients across various industry sectors (education, tech, government, and more).
- You will coordinate the scheduling and dispatch of engineers (both in-house and subcontractors) to sites for planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Handle and monitor a high volume of calls and emails daily, tracking requests, prioritising urgencies, and ensuring accurate updates on spreadsheets/CRM.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and engineers to confirm access, resolve escalations, and keep all parties informed.
- Support risk assessment, job logging, and follow-up paperwork, ensuring seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- Get to know varied sites and systems—anything from refrigeration to heating issues, with every week bringing new challenges and plenty to learn.
What Skills You Need
- Essential: Background in facilities management, construction supply, or technical services—e.g., coordination experience in a builder providers, facilities helpdesk, service admin, or M&E/building services setting.
- Strong customer service and communication skills—calm under pressure, responsive, and solution oriented.
- Highly organised with strong MS Office (especially Excel), multitasking, data entry, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and juggle multiple priorities at once.
What's on Offer
- Salary: €35,000–€40,000
- Great working hours—Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week (finish early on Fridays, shifts between 8am–4pm and 9am–5pm)
- Full office-based role in North Dublin (Clonshaugh), parking available.
