About Your New Job

  • Administrative and Operational Support: Provide support to the supervision sub-team in managing medium to high-risk online platforms.
  • Project Work: Assist with the implementation of the Online Hate Suspensions Project, including tracking progress and maintaining records.
  • Supervisory Correspondence: Support the preparation of responses to supervisory correspondence and other routine communications.
  • Incident Response: Help manage incident response activities, including updating protocols and maintaining relevant documentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to team projects and tasks, sharing information and supporting colleagues to help achieve team objectives.

What Skills You Need

  • Essential Criteria:
    • Experience in the technology or regulatory sector.
    • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including record-keeping and scheduling.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
  • Desirable Criteria:
    • Experience supporting projects or initiatives in an online safety, supervision, or compliance context.
    • Familiarity with incident response procedures or regulatory reporting.
    • Experience using Microsoft Office or similar administrative software.

What’s on Offer

  • Contract Basis: Specified purpose contract to provide maternity leave cover.
  • Work-Life Balance: Full-time, 35 hours per week with a hybrid role combining home and office working (2 days in the office).
  • Location: Office located at One Shelbourne Buildings, Shelbourne Road, Dublin 4, D04 NP20.
  • Competitive Package: Annual leave of 29 days per annum, graded at the Higher Executive Officer scale, with successful candidates appointed on the first point of the scale.
