Provide high-level executive support to the Group Chief Executive Officer, Chief Finance Officer and other C-suite members, including complex calendar management, prioritisation of meetings, and gatekeeping responsibilities.
Prepare briefing documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings and board-level engagements.
Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
Lead coordination of executive travel, including international itineraries, visa arrangements, and logistics.
Support the Group CEO/ CFO in managing direct reports’ processes (e.g., expenses, leave, performance reviews) and liaise with divisional CEOs as needed.
Lead planning and logistics for internal and external events, including conferences and offsite meetings across multiple geographies
Liaise with senior internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Executive Office.
Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement best practices.
Ad hoc support across the Group Finance and People & Culture departments.
About You – Key Skills and Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives in a corporate environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Experience with SAP and other enterprise systems is highly desirable.
Project coordination or support experience is a plus.
