About Your New Job

  • Executive Support to CEO: Efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar, prepare meeting materials, and coordinate travel arrangements. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Board and Event Management: Plan and coordinate board meetings, including logistics and agenda preparation. Organize key events such as team-building activities and social functions.
  • Operational and Office Administration: Oversee expense reports, manage office supplies, and handle general correspondence. Implement digital and IT tools to enhance productivity.
  • Executive Support to ELT: Facilitate meetings for the Executive Leadership Team, provide project assistance, and support strategic initiatives.
  • Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain a shared resource library and manage databases to ensure efficient retrieval of information.

What Skills You Need

  • Experience: Proven experience in executive support, office management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills. Proficiency in digital tools and office software.
  • Attributes: High degree of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of executive leadership.
