Executive Assistant to Group CEO

About Your New Job

  • Executive Support: Deliver high-level support to the Group CEO and CFO, including complex calendar management, meeting prioritization, and acting as a key gatekeeper.
  • Documentation & Presentations: Prepare briefing documents, reports, and presentations for executive and board-level meetings.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and sound judgment.
  • Travel Coordination: Organize international travel, including itineraries, visas, and logistics.
  • Process Management: Support executive processes such as expenses, leave, and performance reviews; liaise with divisional leaders as required.
  • Event Planning: Lead the planning and logistics for internal and external events, conferences, and offsite meetings.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance administrative processes.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide additional support to Group Finance and People & Culture teams as needed.

What Skills You Need

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years’ experience supporting C-suite executives in a corporate environment.
  • Prioritization: Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills at all levels.
  • Professionalism: High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Desirable: Experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems and project coordination is an advantage.

What’s on Offer

  • Salary: €55,000 - €60,000
  • Benefits: Health allowance (€1,400/year), 25 days annual leave, bonus, 5% pension, life assurance (4x salary), product discounts, and parking.
  • Work Environment: Hybrid model – 4 days in the office, 1 day from home.
