About Your New Job

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet clients' business objectives and achieve sales targets.
  • Needs Assessment & Solution Alignment: Understand client challenges and align our software solutions to meet those needs.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead complex contract negotiations and close agreements.
  • Coordination & Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integrate messaging during non-sales interactions.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key account metrics and prepare regular business reviews.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our software products and industry trends.

What Skills You Need

  • Experience: 10+ years in account management, enterprise sales, or a similar role within the enterprise software industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong prospector focused on new business development.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical ability and strategic thinking.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent relationship-building skills and high EQ.
  • Self-Motivation: Entrepreneurial attitude and highly motivated.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.
