About Your New Job

  • Oversee all maintenance and preventative maintenance programmes to ensure plant, production machinery, and equipment operate safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.
  • Manage installation, commissioning, upgrades, and continuous development of new and existing production equipment.
  • Deliver advanced fault-finding, diagnostics (including electrical troubleshooting), repairs, rework, tooling adjustments, and calibration of process instruments.
  • Monitor performance trends, lead process and product improvement initiatives, evaluate components, and support engineering calculations and blueprint updates.
  • Promote Health & Safety and GMP standards, maintain housekeeping compliance, prepare engineering reports, train staff, and collaborate cross-functionally to support operations.

What Skills You Need

  • Degree in Engineering/Electrical with toolmaking/fitting/turning experience.
  • Extensive experience working in fast-paced, high-volume production settings, supported by knowledge of QA processes.
  • Strong technical skill set with practical experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting; known for effective problem solving.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership potential with effective communication and interpersonal skills, including supervisory experience.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in fast-moving environments while working cross-functionally and building positive relationships.
