- A leading medical equipment supplier company in Cork are looking for an experienced Engineering Administrator to join the team.
About Your New Job
- Act as the middle person between customers and suppliers.
- Source parts either on-site or from suppliers, manage all related administration, and process everything on the system.
- Liaise with Field Engineers, suppliers, customers, and the Engineering Call Management team.
- Handle purchasing parts for calls, setting up new part codes, maintaining stock levels, and managing warranty returns.
- Ensure ISO standards and external SLA's are achieved consistently.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- High level of computer literacy, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SAP
