Engineering Administrator - 9 month Contract

About Your New Employer

  • A leading medical equipment supplier company in Cork are looking for an experienced Engineering Administrator to join the team.

About Your New Job

  • Act as the middle person between customers and suppliers.
  • Source parts either on-site or from suppliers, manage all related administration, and process everything on the system.
  • Liaise with Field Engineers, suppliers, customers, and the Engineering Call Management team.
  • Handle purchasing parts for calls, setting up new part codes, maintaining stock levels, and managing warranty returns.
  • Ensure ISO standards and external SLA's are achieved consistently.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High level of computer literacy, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with SAP
