Our client is a tech company based in Blanchardstown, Dublin. They are currently looking to bring on a full-time ER Partner on a 4-month contract concluding in mid/end of June 2026.
This role would be hybrid, working 2 days from home per week.
About Your New Job
- Responsible for jurisdictional and functional employee relations cases, acting as an escalation point for all ER matters.
- Serving as the subject matter expert for Employee Relations, counselling managers and employees on a variety of complex and sensitive issues
- Provides guidance and coaching to the HR team and/or managers regarding the understanding of policies and procedures, employment law and compliance
- Streamlining processes for the HR function to run more efficiently
- Conducts investigations for escalated and/or complex employee relations complaints, grievances and ethics such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation
- Supports business end to end with any individual or collective re-structuring activities
What Skills you need:
- 6+ years of experience in Human Resources
- 4 years’ minimum experience in Employee Relations
- Accustomed to working with remote teams
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Leading and/or participating in large projects
- Understanding of employment legislation and practices in Ireland and UK
- Passionate about coaching and developing manager capabilities
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global organization
- Experience in preparation and delivery of presentations/training to managers
