About Your New Job
- As Senior Consultant, you will lead annual reviews and renewals for major group clients, acting as a key point of contact for medium to large employers on strategic matters.
- Manage renewals across Risk, Pension, and Medical benefits, and provide sector and competitor benchmarking insights.
- Conduct auto-enrolment and scheme participation reviews, respond to employer benefit design queries, and participate in the ongoing improvement of Employee Benefits administration and consultancy services.
- Represent the Broking team at group meetings, mentor the EB Broker Team, and liaise with EB Consultants to ensure seamless benefits rollouts.
- Support best practice in governance and compliance, supervise EB administration services, and work with insurers and service providers to refine delivery.
- Assist in developing and delivering in-house and external training for the EB Team in collaboration with HR, Compliance, and senior leadership.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum QFA qualification; MIIPM, AIIPM, CFP, QPT, or PTP preferred.
- Strong desire to learn and grow, including a willingness to complete further education such as PMI APA.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally on client sites and at industry events.
- Experience mentoring or supervising teams is an advantage.
- Strong work ethic, willingness to develop personal skills and knowledge, and a commitment to best practice in governance and compliance.
