About the Role:

Our client, a leading electronics manufacturing company, is seeking a skilled Electronics Assembly Operator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in PCB and electronic assembly who are committed to quality and production excellence.

Key Responsibilities of a Electronics Assembly Operator 

  • Operate assembly, PCB cleaning, and baking equipment.
  • Prepare components and perform manual assembly of PCBs and mechanical hardware following SOPs and drawings.
  • Use torque tools, apply adhesives, and conformal coatings.
  • Assist with prototype assembly under engineering guidance.
  • Set up equipment, take process measurements, and perform routine machine maintenance.
  • Inspect, rework, and ensure quality of PCBs and components.
  • Complete production documentation and manage work orders via ERP.
  • Follow all safety, housekeeping, anti-static, and tool maintenance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills for the Electronics Assembly Operator role

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a Electronics Assembly setting.
  • Proven commitment to quality and production goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, flexible, and personable approach.
