About Your New Job
As a Trade Qualified Industrial Electrician, you will work under the direction of a Site Manager or Project Manager while taking responsibility for your own day-to-day activities on site. You will be a key part of the installation team, contributing to the successful delivery of electrical and M&E works.
In this role, you will:
· Deliver and commission small to medium-sized electrical installations across industrial sites.
· Carry out installation and setup of instrumentation, control systems, pumps, VSDs, and associated controls.
· Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
· Support inspection, testing, fault-finding, repairs, refits, and alterations of electrical systems.
· Ensure all works are completed in line with current regulations, quality standards, and health & safety guidelines.
What Skills You Need
· Trade qualification in Electrical or Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I).
· Minimum 5 years’ experience working as an Industrial Electrician.
· Strong understanding of electrical and M&E installation methodologies.
· Ability to read and work from drawings and schematics.
· Full clean driving licence, Safe Pass, and Manual Handling certification.
(QC qualification, mechanical experience, and water/wastewater exposure are strong advantages but not essential.)
