About Your New Job
As Electrical Supervisor, you will take responsibility for managing and coordinating electrical installation works throughout the delivery of projects across commercial and industrial sectors. This role will be based on-site, supporting the successful execution of electrical works across multiple developments. Working closely with the Project Manager, planning team, and design team, you will oversee site operations, subcontractor activities, and project scheduling to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
What Skills You Need
You will need experience in the following:
- Manage and coordinate electrical installation work packages on large-scale projects.
- Lead and support electricians, supervisors, and subcontractors to successfully deliver project scope.
- Monitor site activities to ensure the highest standards of quality, health and safety, and environmental compliance.
- Oversee subcontractor activities, tracking progress against the project schedule and ensuring appropriate resource allocation.
What You Need to Have
- 10+ years’ experience on electrical installation projects
- Trade qualification in electrical installation
- Experience on large commercial, industrial, or residential projects
- Ability to run large crews of electricians and general operatives
