About Your New Job

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing electrical projects from planning and mobilisation through to completion and handover.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing the delivery of electrical projects in Galway and ensuring they are completed safely, on time and within budget.
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and project requirements to ensure works are delivered to the required standards.
• Monitoring project progress, costs, quality and programme performance.
• Managing procurement, materials, labour and subcontractor activities.
• Ensuring all electrical works comply with relevant legislation, regulations, health and safety requirements and client specifications.
• Attending project meetings and providing regular progress updates to senior management and clients.
• Supporting the successful testing, commissioning and handover of completed projects.

What Skills You Need

• Proven experience managing electrical projects from start to finish.
• A strong electrical background, with relevant qualifications or technical training.
• Experience managing project budgets, programmes, subcontractors and site teams.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• A strong understanding of health and safety requirements and electrical standards.
• The ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with clients, colleagues and project stakeholders.

• Salary of €80,000–€95,000 per year, depending on experience.
