About Your New Job
As the Electrical Project Manager, you will:
- Oversee all maintenance faults across the Cork/Kerry region, ensuring prompt, safe, and high-quality delivery of works in line with contractual, regulatory, and company standards.
- Lead your team to meet goals, manage performance, and promote continuous improvement and safety.
- Monitor KPIs, attend site visits, maintain accurate dashboards and reports, and ensure successful project closure.
- Manage project planning, budgeting, stakeholder communication, risk management, and support ongoing personal and team development.
What Skills You Need
- Level 8 Degree in Electrical/Project Management/Civils (Level 6 Craft Electrical Certificate required).
- 5+ years’ experience in managing electrical projects, ideally with RECI Testing & Verification and public lighting/utilities experience.
- Proven leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (Microsoft Project, Proworks, Deadsure, Skillko desirable).
- A full clean Irish Driver's Licence - Class B.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, standards, and safety regulations; budget management acumen.
