About Your New Job
- As Project Manager, you will oversee and drive installation projects across Ireland predominately, but with projects across EMEA also, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions and service excellence.
- You will be responsible for full project ownership, including schedules, budgets, staffing, quality, reporting, and delivery.
- You’ll lead and support teams of technicians and manage subcontractors to achieve efficient and effective project installations.
- You’ll collaborate with sales early in the project lifecycle, ensuring each project has a solid foundation and meets client requirements.
- You will be the key point of contact for customers and stakeholders, managing relationships and leading regular project status meetings.
- You’ll identify and mitigate risks, manage budgets, ensure compliance with internal standards and safety regulations, and deliver profitable outcomes.
What Skills You Need
- It is essential that you have a qualification in Project Management at either Diploma or Degree level.
- Must have experience managing electrical projects ideally on pharma or data centres sites.
- I would be an advantage if you had experience managing installation projects, ideally within the electronic security or construction industry.
- Proven expertise in subcontractor management, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and customer relationships.
- Successful track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and project management tools such as Microsoft Project.
- Advantage to have Electrical/electronic background, knowledge of CCTV, access control, alarm systems, or IT/system integration.
