Our client is a highly regarded electrical contractor, operating in the Dublin area. They work in the commercial and residential sectors and have a solid pipeline of upcoming projects well into 2027. They are looking to add a Project Manager to their team and the role will involve working closely with the Contracts Manager in all aspects of running a multimillion euro project in Dublin City. .

About Your New Job

As the Electrical Project Manager, you will work closely with supervisors, site managers, contracts managers and tradespeople to ensure the timely and successful completion of all mechanical works. You will report into the Contracts Manager on this job. you will be responsible for overseeing the program of works ensuring quality control, and managing the day-to-day operations on-site.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Develop a daily action plan that includes HSEQ, Assist Project team in expediting of major equipment deliveries, Maintain a site diary, Attend/Chair internal meetings with sub-contractors, Ensure that all variations are picked up in conjunction with PM and QS, ensure labour allocation sheets are being completed by sub-contractors.

What Skills & Requirements You Need

Candidates will hold a a trade or engineering qualification and have experience working for an M&E Contractor on the delivery of electrical projects on commercial, industrial or residential projects.

The salary for this role is starts at €75K and is negotiable based on the successful candidates experience. There is a benefits package for this role includes pension, vehicle and a bonus.
