About Your New Employer
One of Ireland’s leading main contractors, with a strong portfolio of work secured across Dublin for the coming years. This includes several major residential developments, with a number of projects valued at over €100 million due to commence.
The company also delivers large-scale commercial, industrial and data centre projects across Ireland and internationally. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their Building Services team and are seeking an Electrical Package Manager for a major residential project in Dublin.
Your New Role
As Electrical Package Manager, you will manage the delivery of electrical services from pre-construction through to testing, commissioning and handover.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the electrical package from planning through to handover
- Coordinating design information with the design team and subcontractors
- Monitoring the programme and progress of electrical installations
- Ensuring works meet project quality and safety requirements
- Inspecting installations against the approved quality plan
- Managing testing and commissioning activities
- Resolving technical and coordination issues
What You’ll Need
- A relevant electrical trade or third-level qualification
- At least eight years’ industry experience, preferably with a main contractor or M&E contractor
- Experience delivering large-scale residential, commercial, pharmaceutical or data centre projects
- Strong electrical services and project coordination experience
- Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills
