A leading Irish Electrical Contractor with a long-standing presence in the market is looking to appoint an Electrical Contracts Manager due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work across Dublin. The company is a family run buiness with a turnover of €5Million.
The company delivers a wide variety of projects across the commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial and educational sectors and has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality electrical installations for some of Ireland’s leading main contractors and developers.
About Your New Job
As Electrical Contracts Manager, you will oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover while managing site teams, programme delivery and client relationships.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple electrical projects simultaneously across Dublin and surrounding areas
- Overseeing Electrical Project Managers, Site Managers and Supervisors on live projects
- Coordinating labour, materials, procurement and subcontractors
- Attending client and design team meetings throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
- Managing commissioning, QA/QC and final project handover documentation
- Working closely with commercial teams around variations, valuations and cost reporting
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants and main contractors
What Skills You Need
- Proven experience working as an Electrical Contracts Manager Electrical Project Manager
- Strong background delivering commercial, industrial or large-scale residential projects
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously
