About Your New Job

  • Develop and maintain the facility’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) management system in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring adherence to safe working practices, proper use of PPE, and active employee engagement in EHS initiatives.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and monitoring activities to ensure compliance with EHS regulations and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage incident reporting and investigations to identify root causes and ensure corrective actions are implemented and tracked to completion.
  • Deliver EHS training and collaborate with management and engineering teams to reduce risks, minimise environmental impact, and support continuous improvement.

What Skills You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Engineering, or related field with a NEBOSH Diploma and minimum 3 years’ manufacturing experience.
  • First aid responder cert.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to work effectively with both corporate teams and manufacturing staff.
  • Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work independently or collaboratively with a positive, results-driven attitude.
