About the Company

We are working with a leading construction company who has over 100 years of experience delivering exceptional projects across a diverse range of sectors, including commercial, residential, healthcare, and infrastructure. They are now looking to recruit an EHS Lead to be based in Dublin City Centre.

About your new job as an EHS Lead job;

  • Implement and monitor the company’s EHS Management System across assigned projects.
  • Foster a strong health and safety culture on-site by collaborating with site management, contractors, and workers while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct routine site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Partner with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to address safety concerns and devise effective solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and evolving safety regulations.

What skill/experience you need for this EHS Lead job;

  • Degree or Diploma in Health and Safety.
  • Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Previous experience in construction (preferably in Pharma, Datacentre, Hi-Tech, or Commercial sectors).
  • Proven track record as a Health and Safety Lead within the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • If you are living in Ireland and hold a valid work permit, we would love to hear from you
  • Full Clean Drivers Licence
