We are working with a leading not for profit organisation that is looking to hire an Educational Support Specialist. They are an Irish organisation and that can offer first class working environment based in Dublin city centre, they work in a hybrid, 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.
This is a permanent role with a salary of €45,000 + bonus & generous benefits.
Primary Duties
- Creating learner-focused content: from textbooks to innovative microlearning activities and practical study supports that connect with learners
- Co-ordinating education development projects: working closely with authors, examiners, lecturers and other industry professionals to keep projects on track and aligned with quality standards.
- Ensuring programmes meet the right standards: aligning with industry and academic benchmarks. This includes ensuring programmes meet National Qualifications Framework requirements in terms of standards and documentation.
Requirements
- Experience in developing education material
- Experience with creating digital training content
- Good communication skills
