About Your New Job

  • As Centre Manager, you will have single-point responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Dublin centre, ensuring an efficient, welcoming and high-standard campus.
  • You will lead the recruitment, induction and ongoing development of campus staff, working closely with colleagues in Dublin, London and further afield.
  • You will oversee academic administration: from student timetabling, enrolment, results and exams to managing student records and handling sensitive casework.
  • You will coordinate facilities management, campus events, and act as a key point of contact for local and external stakeholders.
  • You will champion student services, promptly addressing queries, feedback and student well-being, ensuring a positive experience for all.

What Skills You Need

  • Experience in one or more of: academic administration, student services, campus or office management (preferably in higher education).
  • Proven track record in managing, coaching and developing staff.
  • Strong organisational skills with the capacity to handle a diverse workload, prioritise effectively, and deliver results under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to work with a wide range of stakeholders, from students to senior management.
  • Confidence in handling sensitive student matters with professionalism and discretion.
