E-commerce Executive

Location: Bangor, Co. Down (Office-Based)
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 DOE
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time (35 hours per week)

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious E-commerce Executive to join a growing international business with a strong online presence across the UK, Europe, North America and Australia.

This role will focus on driving performance across Amazon marketplaces while supporting wider ecommerce activities, including Shopify, Google Ads and Meta Ads. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing online sales, optimising digital content, and delivering commercial growth across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise Amazon Seller Central accounts across international marketplaces.
  • Create and maintain high-converting product listings, A+ Content and Brand Store pages.
  • Plan, implement and optimise Amazon Advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor marketplace performance, account health, compliance and promotions.
  • Analyse sales, traffic and advertising data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support website merchandising, product launches and promotional activity.
  • Assist with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Produce regular performance reports and monitor key ecommerce KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance customer experience and online performance.

About You

Essential

  • Previous experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
  • Experience running and optimising Amazon Advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret ecommerce data and drive improvements.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce or a related discipline.
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Commercially focused and proactive mindset.

Desirable

  • Shopify experience.
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Ads experience.
  • Experience within international ecommerce markets.
  • Knowledge of Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, Brand Stores, Deals and Promotions.

Location: Denman International Ltd, Bangor (office-based role)

Report to: Ecommerce Manager 

Weekly paid hours: 35 hours 

Working hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday 08:30am-1:30pm.

This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the continued growth of an international ecommerce business trading across the UK, Europe, the US, Canada and Australia. 

MAIN PURPOSE OF POST  

The Ecommerce Executive will support the growth and performance of Denman's Amazon marketplaces, while assisting with our direct-to-consumer ecommerce websites. 

The primary focus of the role is Amazon marketplace management, including Amazon Advertising, content optimisation, Brand Store updates, reporting and delivery of ecommerce KPIs, alongside support for Shopify, Google Ads and Meta Ads activity where required. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Amazon Seller Central across international marketplaces.  

• Create and maintain product listings, A+ Content and Brand Store pages.  

• Plan, implement and optimise Amazon Advertising campaigns. 

• Monitor account health, compliance, promotions and new product launches. 

• Analyse performance data to improve sales, visibility, conversion and advertising efficiency.  

• Work with design and marketing teams to create digital content across Amazon, Shopify and advertising channels.  

• Ensure the Denman brand is represented to a high standard across ecommerce touchpoints.  

• Produce weekly and monthly reports covering sales, traffic, conversion, advertising performance and ecommerce KPIs.  

• Support Shopify website activity, merchandising, promotions, product launches, Google Ads and Meta Ads where required.  

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to support ecommerce growth.  

• Carry out any other duties associated with the role.

Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications  

• Experience managing Amazon Seller Central.  

• Experience managing Amazon Advertising campaigns.  

• Experience analysing ecommerce performance data and turning insights into action.  

• Third-level qualification in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.  

• Strong commercial awareness, analytical ability and Microsoft Excel skills.  

• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

• Proactive, data-driven and commercially focused approach.

Desirable Criteria  

• Shopify experience.  

• Google Ads and/or Meta Ads experience.  

• Experience working across international ecommerce markets.  

• Experience with Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, Brand Stores, Coupons or Deals.
