About Your New Job

  • As the Document Controller, you will manage the receipt, distribution, and tracking of drawings, documents, and correspondence using platforms such as BIM 360, Viewpoint, or similar.
  • You will maintain up-to-date registers of all documents and ensure version control, compliance with company standards, and full document traceability.
  • You will collaborate closely with project teams, offering guidance on document control processes and ensuring the successful handover and archiving of project documentation.

What Skills You Need

  • At least 2 years’ experience as a Document Controller within construction or engineering.
  • Proficiency with document management systems (e.g., BIM 360, Viewpoint, Aconex) and strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a collaborative approach when working with diverse teams.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; familiarity with ISO 9001, digital construction processes, or BIM standards is a plus.
